Feedback from Simon at Soundskool (two weeks in)

SoundSkool had 25 young people aged between 14 and 19 turn up at 5 pm on Tuesday 24th April at the brand new Mill Hill Music Complex to start their 10 week music courses.
The courses are running from 5 – 8 every Tuesday and they are in DJ’ing, Music Production, Singing and MC’ing, young people are doing a 10 week course ending on week 10 with a musical showcase with students performing and showing the skills that they have learned.
As you can see from the photo everybody has been having fun and learning new skills and as these courses have been paid for by Ltd Limited the students can attend for FREE..

Following the Mapic award winning flagship store for Asics in Amsterdam (see Projects), there is a new super store coming to London on Oxford street near Marble Arch.

Huge hording graphic with cut acrylic letters, installed in the middle of a cyclone wrapped in a hurricane on Sunday night.

Well done to the boys on site.

The new store will be open before the Olympics.

Installed over the weekend in London, Glasgow and Newcastle stores.

Freestanding wooden panel displays with bespoke acrylic product shelves and coiled rope shoe holders.

Portobello Road differs slightly and featured a semi transparent window graphic to ensure the store remained well lit.

SoundSkool

Ltd are sponsoring SoundSkool, which is run by the incredibly talented, enthusiastic, affable Simon Gordon.
SoundSkool gives all sorts of kids/teenagers (bored, underprivileged, unemployed etc) a fantastic opportunity to make music, be taught how to make music or just be around people making music, FREE of charge.

If you are interested in getting on the course, or using the studio contact Simon and let him know you are a friend of Ltd and he will help you in any way he can.

The course starts on April 24th. Watch this space as we will post some pictures from the launch (and perhaps some of the music at a later date)

Approximately 100m of printed WallapeelTM plus printed exterior foamex panels installed over one day by Ltd installation team in Davos, Switzerland. The event was only for a day, so all the WallapeelTM was easily removed on the night leaving all surfaces in pristine condition.

Using WallapeelTM ensures there is no damage to the wall, allowing for a very easy change over.
